Sunflowers
and Bison - truly a great fit!
While we raise
the sunflowers primarily for their great oil, we're able to pasture our flower
fields after harvest for the Bison to forage through. After pressing the
seeds, the remaining meal and oil settlings come back to the farm as a
vitamin-packed nutritional supplement to their diet.
